RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE& DELIVERY POLICY

  1. RETURN

I-StratTech has a no return policy. This policy applies generally to all products sold on our website. But in specific cases, we may provide a return warranty for specific products purchased within 3 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 3 days have passed since your purchase.

In case, you are granted a return acceptance, your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.In some circumstances, only partial returns are permitted (if applicable)

  1. REFUND (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If yourrefund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank again.Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.Please contact us at info@istrattech.comif you’ve done all of this and you still have not gotten your refund.

  1. EXCHANGE (where applicable)

Only defective, damaged or wrong items delivered are subject to replacement. Send us an email at info@istrattech.com if you need to swap it for the same item or the correct one.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery of your products is charged as per your address and will be charged to you as part of our service. To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse located at “I-Strat Tech, Jdeideh, Asseyli Road, Chaaya-Azar & Abi Habib Building, Ground Floor”.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost and for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product received was defective, damaged or not in line with your order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
